Ghost Hunting
So this one random night, a bunch of us were just chilling in the common room(My room), playing UNO. You know how it goes people shouting over +4s, accusing each other of cheating, full-on chaos but in the best way.
Out of nowhere, someone goes, “Yo, why don’t we check out that spooky place the seniors were talking about?”
And for some reason, all of us thought that was the perfect idea at 3 a.m. Because obviously, sleep is overrated and we had to go ghost hunting instead.
So, off we went up to the 15th floor. Actually, above it the place everyone whispered about but no one really dared to go to. The moment we stepped in, the vibe changed. The lights were flickering, it was dead silent, and I swear even the air felt weird. None of us said it out loud, but we were all a little scared inside. Then we spotted them four monkey-shaped dustbins lined up like they were waiting for us. At 3 a.m., they looked way creepier than they had any right to. We were already on edge when one of my friends decided to whisper something creepy just for fun.
Yeah… that didn’t end well.
Someone screamed. Then someone else screamed. And then suddenly, everyone was screaming. The entire corridor echoed with panic like a domino effect of stupidity.
Within seconds, the 15th floor warden came out, half-asleep and totally pissed, yelling, “What the hell is going on here?!”
And what did we do?
We ran.
Like full-on panic mode slippers in hand, sprinting down the stairs from the 15th floor all the way to the 3rd. Halfway down, on 5th floor, girl peeked out of her room and went, “What’s all the screaming about?”
Trying to play it cool, we all were like, “Oh, just some dumbasses playing pranks.”
Little did she know… those dumbasses were us(lol).
P.S. Those are the actual monkey dustbins we saw that night. No ghosts were found just these four staring into our souls.
