1. The Day Everything Felt New
The moment I stepped onto campus, I felt small not in a bad way, but in that awe-struck, this-is-bigger-than-me way. The trees stood tall like quiet guardians, the buildings looked endless, and every corner held a hum of new beginnings. The sun fell gently across the walkways, and I could already imagine myself walking here half asleep for morning classes. There were students everywhere laughing, calling out to friends, carrying their little worlds in backpacks. Something about it made me believe that this place would shape me. I was in awe just seeing the campus its scale, its energy, its promise .I arrived at the hostel with two suitcases and a stomach full of nerves. The room looked plain, the walls unfamiliar, and the silence felt louder than ever. My parents weren’t allowed inside, so I unpacked everything myself.
